Guest Policies
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made.
Check-out time is 11:00 am, unless other arrangements are made.
Pool hours are from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Canceled within 48 hours: 25% of the room fee is charge. Canceled within 24 hours: total room amount is charged.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or loss of money, jewelry or violation of any kind.
There is no refund for early departures.
Pet Policy
We now have 17 pet friendly rooms and will accommodate pets up to 30 pounds for an additional fee of $25.00 per night. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet and face up to $100.00 charge for damages.
Smoking Policy
The Inns’ rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the front porches and in all outdoor areas. You will incur a $100.00 cleaning charge for smoking in your room.
Alcohol Policy
Due to our liquor license for Roosevelt’s restaurant, you are no longer able to take alcohol into the courtyard or pool area. Alcohol is available by the drink at Roosevelt’s.
You may still drink on the front decks and in the front areas of the Inn.
