ROOMS & RATES

All 24 non-smoking rooms open on shady, breeze-cooled porches - perfect for propping up your feet and watching the world drift by.

Each room has a private bath, A/C and heat.

 

With the absence of televisions and telephones in the rooms, you can truly

enjoy that quiet time you justly deserve.

Rates listed in each room description, season schedule below:

Summer Season:

  • May 1st - Labor Day (Summer)

Mid-Season:

  • March 1st - April 30th

  • Labor Day - October 31st

Winter Season:

  • Nov 1st - Feb 28th

Important Details:

  • Deposit of one night stay +tax required for reservation.

 

  • Two night minimum on weekends and Peak Season

  • A Credit Card Fee of 4% will be added to each credit/debit card transaction.​

 

  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded.

 

  • Pet Friendly Policy: $40.00 Pet fee per pet, per stay required. You will be required to sign & adhere to the Tarpon Inn Pet Agreement upon arrival.

  • Must be at least 25 years old to rent a room.

 

  • No refunds for early departures.

  • Room maximum occupancy strictly enforced.

Check-out time 11:00am
